Dr. Nidhi Dahiya is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Law at Maharaja Surajmal Institute affiliated with IP University New Delhi. She also worked as Visiting Faculty in Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and Vivekanada Institute of Professional Studies, IP University. She did her LL.B and Ph.D from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and LL.M from Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia University in Delhi. She was awarded Gold medal in LL.M for securing first position.

 She has made research publications in UGC 
Care Listed and peer reviewed journals. She has 
presented papers in several International
 and National Law conferences organised by reputed law colleges and universities.

She has taught many subjects like Labour Laws, Special Contracts, Drafting Pleadings and Conveyancing, Political Science, Family Law to BALLB, BBALLB and LLB students.

She is actively associated with NGO Empower People which works for human rights of women.
