Bio

Ms. Shraddha Pandit is a SET Qualified Postgraduate in Criminal Law and Administration. Currently, she is pursuing PhD in Law from NMIMS, Mumbai campus. In addition, she has also completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in IPR and a Diploma in German. She has been a visiting faculty and guest lecturer for Contract law, and IPR as well as conducted workshops on AIBE training, soft skills, Careers in Law and English speaking at colleges and institutes affiliated to the University of Mumbai and SNDT Women’s University. She has worked at IPTSE Academy as a Research Scholar and with various edtech platforms as a content writer. She has also taught English to kids at St. Catherine’s Home, Andheri and Barbhaya Orphanage for Hindu Girls, Vile Parle. While having highest marks in her college in arts stream, she also represented her college at the Indo-German Exchange Program in 2013. Her name featured in the newspapers for winning the National Advocacy Workshop in 2020 as well as the Dehradun Literature Festival in 2022. She has participated in the “WIPO UNIGE Intellectual Property Summer School” by World Intellectual Property Organization, University Of Geneva, Switzerland in 2021.  She has also completed the Course on “Understanding Gender Inequality” from the University of Exeter, UK, a 4-week online course developed by Dr. Emma Jeanes, Deputy Head of Department of Management, University of Exeter. She has published numerous articles, research papers in peer reviewed and UGC Care journals and blogs. Her areas of interest include IPR, Public International Law, Jurisprudence, Hindu Law, Feminism, Law and Medicine, Creative Writing and Narration.
